Keene, CA. – The California Highway Patrol is investigating a big rig collision that left one person with minor injuries on Tuesday night in Keene, Kern County.
The accident happened at around 8:06 p.m. on westbound Highway 58 at Highway 223.
Police said a big rig and a black sedan collided in unclear circumstances. The semi was missing two rear axles following the collision.
At least one individual was treated for minor injuries following the accident.
Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the accident scene.
The roadway was cleared as of 9:41 p.m.
No additional information concerning this crash was provided.
