1 Hospitalized after Collision on 5 Freeway near Sutterville Road in Sacramento
Sacramento, California (June 29, 2023) – One person was hospitalized in critical condition after a collision on Thursday morning in Sacramento.
The accident was reported on the northbound Interstate 5 Freeway near the Sutterville Road exit at around 5:47 a.m., according to the Sacramento Fire Department.
A big rig and a second vehicle were involved in the collision. The circumstances of the collision were not immediately established.
One person had to be pulled from a vehicle before being transported to a trauma center in critical condition.
