One person was seriously injured in the accident and was airlifted to Desert Regional Medical Center for treatment
Riverside County, Calif. – One person was airlifted to the hospital after being injured in a collision near Desert Center in Riverside County on Thursday evening.
The 8:31 p.m. collision on the westbound 10 Freeway near Corn Springs Road, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Multiple vehicles including a white Audi sedan were involved in the collision. The Audi had major rear-end damage from the collision.
One person was seriously injured in the accident and was airlifted to Desert Regional Medical Center for treatment.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
