1 Seriously Injured in Car Accident at Highway 58 and Highway 223 in Keene
Bakersfield, California (July 4, 2023) – One person was airlifted to the hospital after being injured in a head-on collision on Tuesday morning near Keene.
The accident happened on Highway 58 at Highway 223 at around 10:11 a.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
A pickup truck, a big rig and possibly three other vehicles were involved in the accident.
One person was ejected from a vehicle after the collision.
Authorities say one person suffered major injuries and was airlifted to the hospital for treatment.
