Hesperia, CA – A 45-year-old Apple Valley woman was killed and a 47-year-old Hesperia woman injured in a two-vehicle collision late Thursday night at an intersection in Hesperia.
The collision occurred at around 11 p.m. on February 27, at the intersection of Seaforth Street and Newhall Avenue, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department.
The crash involved a blue Subaru sedan and a blue Ford pickup.
The impact caused one of the vehicles to roll over, ejecting the driver.
The Apple Valley woman was pronounced dead at the scene while the other was airlifted to a trauma center with injuries.
There were no other passengers in either vehicle at the time of the crash.
The identity of the deceased was withheld pending notification of the next of kin.
