Hollywood, CA – The Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiners has identified a woman killed in a hit-and-run crash at an intersection in Hollywood early Thursday morning as 64-year-old Linda Pine.
Pine was involved in a wreck that happened on November 13, 2025, at around 12:32 a.m. at Sunset Boulevard and Wilton Place, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
Pine was traveling north on Wilton when the second driver, a woman driving a Range Rover east on Sunset, slammed into Pine‘s white Mazda sedan.
Pine was trapped inside her vehicle, extricated, and declared dead at the scene.
The other driver fled the scene and is at large.
The accident is under investigation.

Hollywood, CA – The police are investigating a deadly hit-and-run collision that left a female driver dead at an intersection in Hollywood early this morning.
The mishap was reported at around 12:32 a.m. at Sunset Boulevard and Wilton Place, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
Reportedly, the deceased was driving her white Mazda sedan north of Wilton Place when it was struck by a Range Rover travelling eastbound on Sunset Boulevard.
The sedan's driver was found trapped inside her vehicle. The police attempted to extricate the victim, and, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The female driver of the second vehicle fled the scene.
The name of the deceased was not immediately disclosed.
The intersection was shut down as officers investigated the scene.
An investigation is underway.
