Rocklin, CA – At least one person was seriously injured in a multi-vehicle crash involving a motorcycle on State Route 65 in Rocklin, Wednesday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The collision occurred on southbound SR-65 just north of Blue Oaks Boulevard at approximately 7:37 a.m. on Wednesday.
Preliminary reports indicate the accident involved a motorcycle, a white pickup truck, and a Nissan Rogue SUV. The motorcycle was found down on the right-hand side of the roadway, while other involved vehicles pulled over to the shoulder.
At least one person, believed to be the motorcyclist, sustained major injuries in the incident. Two off-duty nurses reportedly stopped at the scene to render aid before emergency crews arrived. No fatalities or arrests have been confirmed.
Fire crews and CHP officers responded to the scene, and tow services were requested to remove the damaged vehicles. Authorities worked to manage the situation and assist those involved.
The crash led to two lanes being blocked, causing traffic to slow significantly in the remaining open lane during the morning commute.
