Riverside, CA – The authorities have released the name of a bicyclist who was killed in a crash involving a tractor-trailer at an intersection in Riverside on Thursday morning.
The Riverside County Sheriff’s Office identified the deceased bicyclist as Richard Dominguez, a 57-year-old Riverside resident.
The deadly crash happened at about 10:25 a.m. on September 24 at Indiana Avenue and Jefferson Street.
Investigators said a big rig traveling northbound on Jefferson Street was trying to make an eastbound turn onto Indiana Avenue and crashed with the bicyclist.
Dominguez sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene at about 10:35 a.m.
