According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, Nguyen was struck by an unoccupied work truck that was rolling backward
Brentwood, CA- A 67-year-old woman was killed in a work truck accident in Brentwood Friday morning.
The county Medical Examiner's office identified the victim as Nga Nguyen of undisclosed residence.
The deadly accident occurred at about 10:45 a.m. August 29, in the 16500 block of West Park Lane Circle.
According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, Nguyen was struck by an unoccupied work truck that was rolling backward.
The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities said the death was ruled accidental and Cal/OSHA was notified.
