Israel Chacon worked as a forklift mechanic at an industrial building in Los Angeles County
Los Angeles, CA – The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner has identified a victim killed in an industrial accident in Los Angeles last week Tuesday as 43-year- Israel Garcia Chacon.
The incident occurred on March 18 at an industrial building, police said.
Authorities said Chacon was working as a forklift mechanic when the accident occurred.
Chacon was pronounced dead at the scene.
No further information regarding the mishap was provided.
The incident remains under investigation.
