Linn County, OR – One person was killed and several others were injured following a 2-vehicle collision on Highway 20 in Linn County on Thursday afternoon, according to the Oregon State Police.

Authorities said an eastbound Ford F150 pulling a flatbed trailer, driven by Christopher Forum, 47, of Sweet Home, crossed into the westbound lane and struck a westbound Toyota 4Runner driven by Doranna Lee Morris, 73, of Mill City, in a nearly head-on collision.
Morris, the driver of the Toyota, was declared dead at the scene. Her passengers, Nicole Dekanu, 27, of Albany, along with three juveniles aged 7, 4, and 1, were hospitalized with minor injuries.
Forum was also taken to the hospital with minor injuries. No arrests or citations were reported.
The crash caused major delays on Highway 20 for about six hours as investigators worked the scene. The Albany Fire Department, Linn County Sheriff's Office, and ODOT assisted the Oregon State Police at the scene.
The incident remains under investigation by the Oregon State Police.
