Hesperia, CA – Five people were injured after a multi-vehicle collision on the 15 Freeway in Hesperia on Thursday morning.
According to the San Bernardino County Fire crews, the incident occurred at around 7:06 a.m. on the southbound Interstate 15 freeway just south of Ranchero Road.
Four vehicles were involved in the crash.
At least one person was trapped in a vehicle and had to be extricated.
A total of five patients were involved in the collision. Three to four ambulances responded to the scene.
Two patients were transported to St. Mary Medical Center for treatment in unknown condition.
No additional details about the crash were provided.
The cause of the collision is being investigated.
