The responders found one person stuck beneath a car.
A preliminary investigation revealed that a female pedestrian attempted to run across traffic lanes when she was hit by an Uber car – a blue Toyota Camry.
Firefighters responded and freed the victim.
The pedestrian died in the accident, as per the report.
