Family members said Pulido was driving a Can-Am when he was involved in a collision with a Toyota Corolla driven by 28-year-old Joshua Veve of Hesperia
Phelan, CA – The 17-year-old who was killed on Friday in an ATV accident in Phelan has been identified as Max Marquez Pulido, according to family.
The deadly accident occurred around 6:40 p.m. on August 29 on Caughlin Road just north of Dos Palmas Road.
Family members said Pulido was driving a Can-Am when he was involved in a collision with a Toyota Corolla driven by 28-year-old Joshua Veve of Hesperia.
Pulido was taken to a hospital, where he later died.
His 13-year-old brother was a passenger in the Can-Am and sustained a dislocated shoulder.
A GoFundMe was created to help the family with funeral expenses.
