Phoenix, AZ – One person was killed in an early morning crash at an intersection in south Phoenix early Saturday morning, according to the Phoenix Police Department.
The single-vehicle accident happened at around 3:45 a.m. on August 23 near 51st Avenue and Broadway Road.
Police said the driver of a vehicle failed to safely make a turn at the “T” intersection and crashed into a concrete barrier.
The driver, identified as Jesus Soto Haro, 21, was killed in the incident.
The crash remains under investigation.
