San Diego, CA. – One person was seriously injured in a car crash that shut multiple lanes of the 5 Freeway near Camp Pendleton in San Diego on Wednesday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened around 1:45 a.m. on southbound I-5 at the Aliso Creek Rest Area.
A big rig reportedly swerved across traffic lanes and crashed into a guardrail. Two other vehicles crashed into the overturned truck.
