One person was rushed to a local hospital with unknown injuries
Boyle Heights, CA. – One person was hospitalized after being injured in a two-vehicle collision in Boyle Heights on Saturday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened around 3:15 a.m. on the Golden State (5) Freeway, just north of South Indiana Street.
A big rig and another vehicle were involved in the accident.

The Nos. 2, 3, 4 and 5 lanes of the southbound freeway were closed for about seven hours.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accidents is ongoing.
