Victorville, CA – Authorities are investigating a multi-vehicle collision that left two people injured on Sunday morning in Victorville.

According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, the wreck took place at around 8:36 a.m. May 10, on Palmdale Road and Amargosa Road.

Authorities reported that a man driving a gold BMW SUV was traveling northbound on Amargosa Road when he allegedly failed to stop for a red light at the intersection and crashed with a gray Toyota Sequoia heading west on Palmdale Road.

The impact caused the BMW to roll onto its side and both vehicles were pushed into a white Dodge Ram pickup that was stopped for a red light on southbound Amargosa Road.

The driver of the BMW and the operator of the Toyota were both transported to a hospital for treatment. There was no update on the condition of the injured parties.

The intersection was temporarily shut down as authorities examined and cleared the scene.

No additional information on the accident was available. The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department is conducting an investigation into the accident.
