Hayward, CA – A 26-year-old Hayward woman who was injured in a Monday morning pedestrian crash at Tennyson Road has died.
The incident happened around 7:35 a.m. February 10 at Tennyson Road and Calaroga Avenue.
An SUV driven by a 36-year-old man struck the woman in unclear circumstances before crashing into several trees.
The woman, whose name was not released, died at the hospital.
The car's driver was so transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.
The crash remains under investigation.
