Anaheim, CA. – 56-year-old Suzanne Fierro of Long Beach died in a suspected DUI accident that happened Sunday night at an intersection in Anaheim.

According to the Anaheim Police Department, the collision took place around 10 p.m. at Magnolia Avenue and Broadway.
Investigators said Fierro was driving southbound in a red Honda when Farris, who was traveling northbound in a white sedan, made a left turn in front of the Honda.
The vehicles collided, leaving Fierro trapped inside her car.
Emergency personnel responded to the scene and extricated the Long Beach woman.
Fierro was rushed to the hospital, where she later died from her injuries.
Witnesses told police officers they saw Farris drinking alcohol at a nearby eatery just before the collision.
Farris was arrested and charged for felony DUI and vehicular manslaughter.
