San Jose, CA – Two female pedestrians were critically injured in a crash Wednesday mid-morning near North Monroe Drive in San Jose.
The incident was reported at around 11 a.m. near North Monroe Drive and Cherrystone Drive, according to the San Jose Police Department.
A preliminary investigation revealed that two vehicles collided in the area, causing one of them to hit the two female pedestrians.
The victims, whose names were not released, sustained life-threatening injuries and were rushed to an area hospital for treatment.
