Authorities reported a two-vehicle collision involving a civilian motorcycle and another vehicle.
CHP logs indicate the motorcycle and the involved vehicle came to rest on the right shoulder, with the rider down following the crash.
CHP confirmed the motorcyclist sustained severe injuries and was conscious and breathing at the scene.
The rider possibly suffered two broken legs. No fatalities were reported, and no arrests were announced in connection with the incident.
The cause of the crash has not been determined and remains under investigation by the California Highway Patrol.
