1 Hospitalized after Sacramento Car Crash at Mack Road and Stockton Boulevard
Sacramento, California (May 21, 2022) – One person was taken to the hospital after a collision involving an SUV and a pickup truck Friday night in Sacramento.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision occurred at about 9:12 p.m. at westbound Mack Road and Stockton Boulevard.
A silver Toyota Highlander and a black Toyota Tacoma collided head-on for unknown reasons, blocking the roadway.
Firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene and transported one person to Kaiser Permanente Sacramento Medical Center with facial lacerations.
The intersection was temporarily blocked to allow both vehicles to be towed away from the scene.
