Los Angeles, Calif. – A motorcycle rider was transported to a hospital following a crash on Interstate 110 in Central Los Angeles Tuesday night.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at around 10:18 p.m. on the southbound 110 Freeway just north of Machester Avenue.

Responding officers located a dark gray Honda Accord and a motorcycle. The events leading up to the collision were not immediately established.

The rider was injured. They were transported to a hospital for treatment.

The driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the officers.
