San Jose, Calif. – A pedestrian was critically injured in a collision in San Jose on Saturday morning, according to the San Jose Police Department.
The crash took place at about 7 a.m. March 9, on South 7th Street and Phelan Avenue.
Police said the pedestrian was hit by a vehicle in the area.
The victim was taken to a hospital with critical injuries.
The crash caused the closure of South 7th Street between Leo and Phelan avenues as authorities investigated the crash.
