According to the Los Angeles Police Department, a gray Plymouth minivan was allegedly traveling at a high rate of speed on Terra Bella Street when it failed to stop for a red light at the intersection and collided with a tan Honda Civic and a blue Ford Mustang

Panorama City, CA.- Authorities have identified three people killed in a multi-vehicle collision that happened in Panorama City on Friday night.
The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s Office identified the victims killed as Heybi Herrera-Bautista, 25, Clemente Meza Guerrero, 24, and Adrian Carrillo, 26.
The deadly crash took place at around 9:36 p.m. December 12, at the intersection of Woodman Avenue and Cantara Street.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, a gray Plymouth minivan was allegedly traveling at a high rate of speed on Terra Bella Street when it failed to stop for a red light at the intersection and collided with a tan Honda Civic and a blue Ford Mustang.
The Honda and the Ford were heading south on Woodman Avenue when they were hit by the minivan. The driver of the Honda reportedly got out of the vehicle and fled the scene after the collision.
Guerrero was identified as the driver of the minivan. He was killed in the crash along with the Ford driver, Carrillo, a U.S. Marine, and passenger, Herrera-Bautista.
The firefighters extricated one occupant from the wreckage. The 35-year-old patient was transported to a hospital in critical condition. Three other parties were evaluated by medics at the scene but they declined treatment.
Authorities believe Guerrero was fleeing from the scene of an earlier collision when he got into the three-vehicle accident.
The Los Angeles Police Department is investigating the accident.
