Indio, CA – A motorcyclist was seriously injured in a Friday afternoon crash on 20th Avenue in Indio.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the wreck was reported at around 4:18 p.m. on the northbound Palm Drive at 20th Avenue.
A black Subaru and a motorcycle were involved in the crash. However, the manner in which they collided was not immediately established.
The rider was transported to Desert Regional Medical Center with severe injuries.
The passenger in the car involved was also taken to Desert Regional Medical Center with unknown extent of injuries.
More information about the collision was not provided.
