Phoenix, AZ. – A pedestrian was seriously injured in a collision that took place in Phoenix early Wednesday morning, according to the Phoenix Police Department.
The incident took place near 7th Street and Union Hills Drive shortly before 6:30 a.m.
A pedestrian was reportedly hit by a vehicle in the area under unclear circumstances.
The victim was rushed to a hospital with critical injuries.
The vehicle involved in the accident was located at the site of the crash.
Both directions of 7th Street were shut down following the collision.
