A vehicle reportedly struck a pedestrian in the area and left the scene
Vallejo, CA.- A man was killed in a car accident that happened in Vallejo early Saturday morning, according to the Vallejo Police Department.
The incident took place on Sonoma Boulevard and Missouri Street at about 12:30 a.m. August 9.
A vehicle reportedly struck a pedestrian in the area and left the scene.
Emergency crews responded to the incident and the pedestrian was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The identity of the pedestrian was not released pending notification of the next-of-kin.
The Vallejo Police Department is conducting an investigation into the collision.
