A 16-year-old boy from Seaside was driving southbound on Reservation Road when he struck a pedestrian in the roadway
Monterey County, CA.- A man was struck and killed by a vehicle near Blanco in Monterey County on Tuesday night.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash happened on Reservation Road at about 9:57 p.m. August 5.
A 16-year-old boy from Seaside was driving southbound on Reservation Road when he struck a pedestrian in the roadway.
The victim, a 35-year-old Marina man, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The driver was unhurt and remained at the scene of the collision.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation by the CHP.
