County, CA.- The man who was struck and killed by a vehicle near Blanco in Monterey County Tuesday night has been identified by the California Highway Patrol as Eudoro Moya Jr., 35, of .

The collision took place on Reservation Road at around 9:57 p.m. on August 5.

According to the CHP, Moya was in in the southbound lane of Reservation Road when he was struck by a vehicle driven by a 16-year-old boy from Seaside.

Moya was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The teenage driver was not injured and stayed at the scene of the crash.

The cause of the accident is under investigation by the CHP.
