Livermore, CA – At least one person was injured in a two-vehicle crash on SR-84 in Livermore on Tuesday afternoon, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash was reported at about 2:55 p.m. on eastbound State Route 84 just west of Kalthoff Common.
Preliminary reports indicate that a white Toyota Camry collided with a gray Toyota Camry. Both vehicles came to rest on the right-hand side of the roadway following the crash. One of the vehicles sustained rear-end damage during the incident.
At least one person sustained minor injuries in the collision. Authorities did not release the identities of those involved, and no arrests were reported.
Emergency crews, including fire personnel, responded to the scene and worked to assist those involved and clear the vehicles from the roadway. Tow services were requested for the damaged vehicles.
The collision caused traffic delays along eastbound SR-84 as responders worked at the scene.
The incident remains under investigation by the California Highway Patrol.
