San Diego County, CA – A woman was hit and killed by a vehicle on Highway 76 in Pala.
The deadly crash happened at about 1:57 a.m. on September 13 on eastbound Highway 76 at Lilac Extension Road.
SDPD said Karlene Wilhelmena Luna, 31, of Pala, was walking eastbound along Highway 76 when she was struck by a sedan.
Reportedly, responding paramedics pronounced Luna dead at the scene.
No additional information was provided.
The crash is under investigation.
