According to the report, a black Ford Mustang moved into the path of oncoming vehicles and hit a Toyota Venza

Somerton, AZ.- Jose Manuel Castellanos, 35, was killed in a multi-vehicle collision in Somerton on Friday night, according to the Somerton Police Department.
The wreck took place on South Avenue G at about 8:46 p.m. August 1.
According to the report, a black Ford Mustang moved into the path of oncoming vehicles and hit a Toyota Venza.
The Mustang then collided head-on with a Ford Expedition.
Castellanos, who was driving the Mustang, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Two of the four occupants of the Expedition were taken to Onvida Health Yuma Regional Medical Center with major injuries.
One of the patients was later transferred to a Phoenix trauma center with head injuries.
The four occupants of the Toyota were not injured.
Somerton police said alcohol was suspected to have played a role in the incident.
The investigation is ongoing.
