Jordan Estes Killed in Tucson Pedestrian Crash on North Thornydale Road and West Turkey Lane

Tucson, AZ.- Jordan Caleb Estes, 28, was killed in an auto-pedestrian accident in Tucson on Monday night, according to the Pima County Sheriff’s Department.

The incident took place on North Thornydale Road and West Turkey Lane at around 9:45 p.m. September 29.

According to investigators, Estes was hit by a semi-truck while walking near the intersection.

Emergency crews performed life-saving measures on Estes but were unsuccessful.

Estes was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The two occupants of the big rig were not hurt and remained at the scene.

According to PCSD, Estes was reported missing from a behavioral health facility.

The incident remained under investigation.
