Fallbrook, CA – At least one person was injured in a collision betwen two cars on East Mission Road in Fallbrook on Wednesday afternoon, the authorities reported.

Initial investigations determined that the collision involved two sedans. It’s unclear what caused the vehicles to collide.
The California Highway Patrol, Santa Barbara City Firefighters, and an AMR ambulance responded to the scene.
Authorities reported that one person complained of pain and was attended to by the medics.
As emergency responders worked at the scene, lanes in the area were temporarily shut down and were reopened a few minutes later.
