Fallbrook, CA – One person was hurt in a car accident that took place at an intersection in Fallbrook on Tuesday evening, according to the authorities.
The incident was reported at about 8:43 p.m. February 17, on South Stage Coach Lane and Marita Lane.
According to the investigators, a gray Toyota Highlander and a blue Toyota Corolla were involved in the accident. The vehicles came to a rest blocking the southbound lanes of South Stage Coach Lane.
The North County Fire Protection District crews immediately responded to the scene after receiving reports of the accident.
Medics evaluated the parties involved in the crash and one individual was eventually transferred to a hospital for further medical attention. The extent of injuries sustained in the collision were not immediately released.
The involved vehicles were disabled and had to be towed from the scene.
No additional details on the accident were immediately available. The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
