Eugene, AZ. – A 46-year-old man was killed in a hit-and-run crash on West 4th Avenue in Eugene Monday night.
According to the authorities, the incident happened at around 9:10 p.m. on April 15 on West 4th Avenue and Polk Street.
Reportedly, 19-year-old Daylen Amir Austin was driving his car on the roadway when he struck a male pedestrian crossing the streets in unclear circumstances. Austin fled the scene before officers arrived.
The male victim, whose name was not disclosed, died at the scene.
Austin was later arrested and is being charged with felony Hit-and-Run.
