Tucson, AZ – The Tucson Police Department has identified a pedestrian killed in a Wednesday morning crash near Kolb Road in Tucson as 59-year-old Daniel Joseph Vigil.
The incident was reported at around 5 a.m. on March 12 in the 6100 block of South Kolb Road near Valencia Road.
Reports revealed that Vigil was struck by two vehicles in the area in unclear circumstances.
Vigil was declared dead at the crash site.
Both drivers remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigation.
The police said neither driver was impaired and no charges or citations have been issued.
An investigation is underway.
