Tucson, AZ – The Tucson Police Department has identified a pedestrian killed in a Wednesday night crash in Tucson as 57-year-old Dale Anthony Lauzon.
The accident happened on February 5, in the 800 block of East Aviation Highway.
Investigators said Lauzon was most likely not moving and in a crouched position in the westbound lanes of the parkway when he was hit by a blue 2018 Kia Soul.
Lauzon was pronounced dead at the crash site.
An officer from the DUI Unit responded to the scene and determined the driver of the Kia was not impaired.
No additional information about the crash was available.
An investigation is ongoing.
