3 Hospitalized after Costa Mesa Crash on Costa Mesa (55) Freeway
Costa Mesa, California (July 31, 2021) – Three people were rushed to a hospital after being involved in a multi-vehicle accident in Costa Mesa on Saturday morning, according to the Costa Mesa Fire Department.
The incident was reported at around 11:15 a.m. on the Costa Mesa (55) Freeway at Victoria Street.
Five vehicles were involved in the crash that occurred on the southbound side of the freeway.

Medics evaluated five people at the scene and transported three of them to trauma centers.
The cause of the wreck is under investigation.
