Colton Fire Department Engine 6107, San Bernardino County Medic Engine 23, and Riverside County Medic Engine 19 responded to the scene.
The crash left one person dead, prompting a county coroner representative to respond to the scene.
Authorities also said one other person was transported to Loma Linda University Medical Center with unknown injuries.
Authorities are investigating to determine the cause of the collision.
