Police said Antonio Del-Valle Pegueros, 49, of Albany, was driving a Nissan Sentra southbound when he left the roadway, for unknown reasons, and rolled over severally on the southbound shoulder
Marion County, OR – A man was killed on Sunday in a single-vehicle accident in Marion County, according to the police.
The deadly accident happened around 6:58 p.m. on September 28 on Interstate 5 near milepost 270.
Police said Antonio Del-Valle Pegueros, 49, of Albany, was driving a Nissan Sentra southbound when he left the roadway, for unknown reasons, and rolled over severally on the southbound shoulder.
Pegueros was pronounced dead at the scene.
No other details were provided.
The police are investigating the accident.
