Drexel Heights, AZ – Two of the three people who were killed Saturday night in a two-car collision near Drexel Heights have been identified as Aleesha Herrington, 25, and Dejon Nicole Weaver, 48, according to the Arizona DPS.

The fatal collision happened around 8:10 p.m. on October 11 in the eastbound lanes of State Route 86 at Milepost 168.

AZDPS said a Jeep Cherokee, which was a ride share, attempted to make a left turn and was struck by a Ford Fusion.

The Cherokee rolled off of the road after the collision.

Herrington and Weaver, who were the rear seat passengers, died at the scene.

The rear seat passenger of the Ford, a 17-year-old male, was also pronounced dead at the scene.

His name has not been released.

The AZDPS is investigating the accident.
