Four People Sustain Injuries in Lompoc Car Accident on State Route 246 near Mission Gate Road
Lompoc, CA. – Four people were injured in a multi-vehicle collision in Lompoc on Friday evening.
The traffic collision happened around 6 p.m. on State Route 246 near Mission Gate Road, according to the Santa Barbara County Fire Department.
Three vehicles were involved in the accident, but the manner in which they collided was not immediately determined.
One person required extrication from a vehicle.
Two people were taken to Marian Regional Medical Center and two others were taken to Lompoc Regional.
Both sides of the highway were shut down.
An investigation is underway.
