Four vehicles were involved in the pileup.
Personnel from the Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Office, California Highway Patrol, and the Santa Barbara County Fire Department responded to the scene.
A man and a woman were transported to Cottage Hospital in Santa Barbara with minor injuries suffered in the crash.
Westbound Hollister Avenue was temporarily blocked while emergency crews cleared the scene.
