Graham County, AZ.- One person sustained major injuries in a crash with a farm tractor in Graham County on Wednesday afternoon, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety.

Emergency crews responded just after 3:33 p.m. November 5, to the accident in the area of West U.S. Highway 70 and West Palmer Lane.

According to AZDPS, a farm tractor and a passenger vehicle were involved in the crash at the intersection.

Details on what led up to the accident were not immediately available.

The man driving the passenger vehicle was airlifted to a Tucson hospital with serious injuries.

The eastbound lanes of Highway 70 were shut down as authorities investigated the incident.

The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
