1 Killed in Car Accident at Woodman Avenue and Jamie Street in Bay Terraces
San Diego, California (August 2, 2023) – A passenger was killed in a Tuesday evening car crash that occurred in the Bay Terraces area of San Diego on Tuesday night.
The accident was reported at around 9:24 p.m. in the area of South Woodman Avenue and Jamie Street, according to the San Diego Police Department.
A 24-year-old man was driving a Honda Civic southbound when it collided with a 2006 Kia Sedona that was attempting to turn onto Woodman.
One passenger in the Honda was ejected and was pronounced dead at the accident scene.
A second passenger was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the Honda and the 56-year-old man driving the Kia suffered minor injuries in the accident.
