Snoqualmie, WA. – One person was injured in a crash involving a semi-truck near Snoqualmie on Wednesday morning, the Washington State Patrol reported.
The wreck happened on State Route 18 near the Tiger Mountain Summit shortly after 6 a.m.
According to the report, a semi-truck traveling in the westbound lanes drifted off the roadway and slammed into a tree.
The driver of the truck was transported to a hospital with serious injuries.
At least one westbound lane was shut down following the incident.
The cause of the crash is under investigation by the WSP.
