Sacramento, CA.- One person was injured in an accident in Sacramento on Sunday night, according to the Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District.
The accident was reported at around 9:45 p.m. October 5, at 10221 Jackson Road.
According to the report, a pickup truck crashed for unknown reasons and a male occupant was trapped in the truck.
Firefighters extricated the occupant and transported him to a hospital with unspecified injuries.
Both directions of Jackson Road were temporarily shut down following the accident.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
